Spaces That
Tell Stories
Every project in our portfolio begins with a conversation and ends with a space that feels unmistakably right. From coastal penthouses to compact urban kitchens — here is the work we are proud to call ours.
Vrindavan
Awas, Alibaug · 6000 sq.ft
A 6000 sq.ft coastal penthouse nestled in the quiet village of Awas, Alibaug.
Vrindavan was designed around a single idea — that a holiday home should
feel like an exhale. Warm teak tones, natural stone surfaces, and a seamless
indoor-outdoor connection create an environment where every room feels
connected to the landscape beyond it.
Completed in just 90 days from design approval to handover, this project
remains one of our most ambitious and most beloved residential deliveries.

Behind the
Projects
The Still Home
Crescent Bay, Parel, Mumbai
The brief was deceptively simple: a 1000 sq.ft apartment in Parel that would
feel like a retreat from the city just outside its windows. The clients had a
deep appreciation for Japanese minimalism and wanted a home that felt considered,
calm, and completely free of visual clutter.
We responded with a Japandi design language — the meeting of Japanese
wabi-sabi and Scandinavian functionality. Natural oak joinery, warm linen
textiles, handcrafted ceramic finishes, and a restrained palette of ivory,
sand, and warm grey create a space where every object earns its place.
The Blue Prep
Pedder Road, Mumbai
A 200 sq.ft kitchen on Pedder Road that proves no space is too small to be
extraordinary. The client — an avid home cook — wanted a kitchen
that performed like a professional space but felt warm, personal, and unmistakably
their own.
The design is anchored by deep blue cabinetry — a bold, considered choice
that gives the kitchen its name and its character. Every element is precisely
placed: pull-out pantry columns, integrated appliances, continuous stone counter
surfaces, and task lighting positioned for real cooking, not just aesthetics.
Gulmohar House
Awas, Alibaug, Maharashtra
Gulmohar House is a 1200 sq.ft family retreat in Awas, Alibaug — designed for
a multi-generational family who needed a home that could host everyone comfortably
without feeling overcrowded.
Named for the gulmohar trees that frame the plot, the house embraces its
landscape at every turn. Shaded verandahs, cross-ventilated rooms, and indoor
planting bring the outdoors in. Materials were chosen for their ability to
weather the coastal climate gracefully — exposed brick, teak, and lime-wash
walls that only get better with age.
The Arc Studio
Mazgaon, Mumbai
A 700 sq.ft creative studio in Mazgaon designed for a boutique architecture
practice. The client needed a workspace that would impress visiting clients
while remaining deeply functional for a team of six.
The design centres on a curved plywood reception wall — the arc that
gives the studio its name — which creates visual drama from the entrance
while naturally dividing the public client-facing zone from the private work
studio behind. Every surface serves a purpose. Every material tells the story.
The Linear Edit
Vashi, Navi Mumbai
A 4000 sq.ft corporate headquarters in Vashi designed for a mid-sized
professional services firm. The challenge: create a workspace that feels
premium and aspirational without being cold or intimidating — a space
that clients would notice and employees would be proud to work in every day.
The design is built on a strict linear geometry — every element, from
the reception joinery to the partition system, follows clean orthogonal lines.
A tonal palette of warm white, natural stone, and brushed steel is punctuated
by considered moments of teal and deep navy. The result is a corporate interior
that feels edited, intentional, and quietly confident.
